The spirit-lifting presence of Oatstraw, the calming effects of Chamomile along with it's signature aroma and the robust smell of Roses both are boosted by the bouquet of citrus zest and Lavender. 

Brewing Instructions:

Bring a cup of 6 oz of water to a boil and then pour your leaves inside. Use the wooden spoon to measure your serving. 1 full rounded spoon is 1 serving. If you are using an infuser, let the leaves soak for 3-5 minutes until your desired tea strength is achieved. If you don't have an infuser, you can use a strainer to remove the leaves after your desired strength is achieved. Do not consume the leaves.
